Committee of citizens of Ukraine expresses its concern about numerous facts of the persecution of individual politicians and political parties and social movements, oppositional, which take place in Ukraine in recent years.
Given the systemic nature of such repression, the Committee of Ukrainian citizens saw in these actions of the Ukrainian authorities’ new policy aimed at totalitarian suppression of any dissent in Ukraine, which is awkwardly concealed by a false democratic rhetoric of the current government.
Since these political repression directed at the power of patriotic-minded citizens of Ukraine Committee also considers the current events part of a global plan to destroy the Ukrainian state, implemented by the regime of Viktor Yanukovych instructed by and with the help of his Moscow backers willing to restore the Russian empire, which includes a part of its territory, Ukraine .
