About anti-government sabotage deputies from the “Svoboda”

Committee of Ukrainian citizens is extremely concerned about yesterday’s brawl, which staged by Ukrainian parliament deputy from the party “Svoboda” Igor Miroshnichenko, Andrei Ilienko and Bogdan Benyuk in the office of the National Television Company of Ukraine, and the violent actions of the above-mentioned persons in respect of the organization’s president Alexander Panteleimonov.

Committee of Ukrainian citizens approves stricter border control regime on the eastern border of Ukraine with Russia, undertaken by the competent authorities to prevent the entry into the territory of Ukraine subversive groups now Ukraine hostile state. However, the Committee is extremely concerned about the inability of the state authorities of Ukraine to stop lawlessness in some South- Eastern regions of Ukraine, which is currently being expressed there in the riots, separatism and treason – and that under actual attack foreign troops on the territory of Ukraine.

On measures to protect against Russian aggression

Committee of Ukrainian citizens believes the recent Russian aggression against Ukraine further evidence of the extreme danger posed by Russia for the whole of modern civilization and world order. Committee endorses made in this regard active measures by the United States and other Western countries aimed at economic boycott Russia, but considers it necessary to urgently supplement their comprehensive shopping, banking and visa embargo, as well as excluding this country from all international organizations, including the UN.

About the new government of Ukraine

Committee of Ukrainian citizens took note of the decision to dismiss President Viktor Yanukovych to the post of head of state, the parliament adopted a constitutional majority vote of deputies. The Committee welcomes the vigorous efforts of Parliament, aimed at stabilizing the situation in the country and to restore constitutional order in the entire territory of Ukraine.
