International Committee for the Protection of freedom and civil society expresses its extreme concern that took place today, the facts of cruel persecution of the peaceful demonstration in Minsk by the Belarusian police. Such reprisals from the authorities suggest that the regime sought to intimidate the citizens of Belarus and to prevent the construction in this country of civil society.
