Committee of citizens of Ukraine expresses its indignation at the outrageous and illegal decision of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv adopted the third in July 2012. This decision deprives all citizens guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine the right to peaceful protest from fourth to July 9, 2012 and applies to a number of key areas of the capital.
The Committee believes the citizens of Ukraine obvious obviously illegal, and this decision requires the competent authorities of Ukraine to take immediate action to dismissal from office of judges have taken this decision and bring them to justice.
Committee of citizens of Ukraine considers this case a suitable opportunity for the government to demonstrate to the people of Ukraine and the world that the desire to bring order to the judicial system of Ukraine is not limited to the conversation. In our view, an assault on the Constitution by those who are not worthy to wear the judicial robes, no less intolerable than the well-known around the world rampant corruption in the Ukrainian courts.
