About the situation in Libya

International Committee of the defense of freedom and civil society considers it unacceptable the ways in which the Libyan Government to suppress popular protests against the authoritarian regime of Muammar Gaddafi.

International Committee of the defense of freedom and civil society believes that the use of military aircraft against its own population is clearly beyond the scope of any civilized behavior and clearly is a crime against humanity.

International Committee of the defense of freedom and civil society considers it necessary to take the international community with regard to Libya all the necessary measures for economic, diplomatic and military efforts on the immediate removal from power Muammar Gaddafi with subsequent transmission of the torturer in the hands of an international tribunal.
