The Committee of Citizens of Ukraine is extremely concerned about the unprecedented decision of the Ukrainian authorities to totally block access to a number of resources of the global Internet network widely used by many citizens of Ukraine. The Committee of Citizens of Ukraine believes that in this case the government of Ukraine has clearly and quite far exceeded the scope of those powers that were delegated to it by the people of Ukraine.
